The Wisdom Within Workshop Replay

The practices in this video were originally in my Wisdom Within Workshop.
I will eventually put them on the Toolkit Hub as audio, but for now here is the video. â€‹

Enjoy!

Wisdom Within

A Few Gentle Suggestions as You Watch

  • Notice what happens in your body as you listen.

  • Jot down any phrases or insights that feel true for you.

  • If something stirs emotion, see if you can meet it with the same curiosity we practiced in the workshop.

Keep This Work Alive

Whether these guided explorations felt settling, confusing, familiar, or simply “interesting,” it’s all perfectly valid.
This work often lands in its own timing — sometimes clearly, sometimes quietly, and sometimes only after returning to it a few times.

These practices are here for you to revisit whenever you want to reconnect with yourself, notice what’s happening inside, or gently explore the parts that feel uncertain or protective. There’s no right way to experience them — just the ongoing possibility of getting to know your inner world with more steadiness and care.

If You’d Like More Support

Some women find that having someone alongside them makes this kind of inner work feel safer, clearer, and more grounded. If you’re curious about exploring your inner critic, long-held patterns, or the quieter tensions beneath the surface, I offer a limited number of 1:1 sessions.

Our work together is gentle and honest:

  • making space for whatever shows up

  • slowing down enough to really hear the parts inside

  • building trust in your own inner guidance over time

If you’re considering going further, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute chat.
It’s simply a conversation — no pressure, no expectations — to see what kind of support might fit where you are now.
