RENEWAL WITH SUZANNE
For women over 50 who are tired of battling self-doubt and a relentless inner critic.
Find a calmer, kinder relationship with yourself and begin to feel more at home on the inside.
I work using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a compassionate approach that helps you understand and care for the different parts of yourself.

Starting therapy--or finding the right therapist--takes courage and can be daunting. If you've landed here feel free to take your time, get in touch, look around.
What our work together looks like.
My guiding quote for sessions goes like this: "Slow is fast." We slow down together, so that what is needed can be found, heard, addressed. Rather than analysing what is wrong or developing strategies, we get curious about what is happening inside you in this present moment. The patterns, the body's sensations, the parts of you that react before you even had a chance to think.
Using IFS Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Buddhist-informed presence, we work WITH your inner world rather than against it. The inner critic, the part who shuts you down, the one who is always bracing--we meet each of these with openness and curiosity rather than combat.
The body is central to this work together. Our bodies carry so much information and wisdom, and can be a doorway into working deeply and safely.
Your First Session
There's no pressure to arrive with everything figured out. Our first session is simply a beginning--getting to know the landscape of your inner world together. We might follow a pattern that keeps surfacing, a feeling in the body, or a reaction that puzzles you.
We go at your pace, following your choices and direction.
Investment
All sessions are help online via Zoom, available Australia-wide and internationally.
Single session--$190.
A 60-minute session for those who want to experience the work before committing to ongoing support. Available to anyone, no prior sessions needed.
First session--$170.
A 60-minute session to begin. We take time to understand what is bringing you
here, get a sense of each other, and see if working together feels right. I'll then invite you to commit to five further sessions.
Ongoing sessions--$250 each
90 minutes each, held weekly. This is where the deeper work happens. Unhurried and consistent for lasting change.
After six sessions we review together, deciding
whether to continue, take a break, or close.
Pay upfront and save 5%.
If you pay for the full six sessions in advance,
a 5% discount will apply.
Extended session--$320.
Two hours. For when you know you need more room, a slower pace, or want to
go deeper on something specific.
The Half-Day Retreat--$1200.
A half-day session, 2 weeks Voxer messaging support, and a 60-minute closing session.
This time is set aside just for you, away from the clock and the usual pace of a busy life. In a regular session, we're always aware of time. Here, that eases. The kind of shift that's hard to reach in one hour becomes possible when there's more room and less pressure.
This is a chance to get to know parts of yourself more fully, to understand what they need, and to offer that from within yourself.
What's included:
Pre-session intake. Before we meet, you share what you're bringing to the day, in writing or by voice-note. We begin with intention rather than warm-up and I arrive already holding a sense of what your system is hoping for.
3.5-hour half-day session. We take a break midway for movement and a stretch, spending our time focusing on whatever needs attention, following what your system leads us to.
2 weeks of Voxer support. After this kind of work, things usually keep moving! Parts continue to respond, unburden, adjust. You may have realisations on waking, in the shower, or at 3am. During this fortnight you can send me voice notes or messages whenever something surfaces, if things get challenging, or if you want to share an exciting breakthrough. I respond once daily, Tuesday-Friday, within 24 hours. This isn't crisis support. It's witnessing and encouragement.
60-minute closing session. At the end of the two weeks we meet to close properly. We review what has shifted, name what still needs care, and look at where you want to go from here.
