What I've learned—both personally and through years of practice—is that healing isn't about fixing yourself. It's about untangling what's actually yours from what you inherited. And it happens in a space where it's finally safe to figure out what you actually want, even if you've forgotten how to hear your own voice.
How I Help
Life has a way of serving up challenges we never saw coming. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns that used to work but now feel suffocating, or dealing with feelings that seem too big for the container of our daily lives.
I've learned—both personally and through years of practice—that healing happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start getting curious about what's really going on underneath. You're the expert on your own experience; I'm here to help you trust that expertise.

I work with three interconnected approaches:
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you identify and heal different parts of yourself while strengthening your authentic core Self—the part of you that's naturally calm, curious, and compassionate.
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy brings your body into the conversation. Our bodies hold deep experiences and emotions, and incorporating body awareness accesses insights and healing beyond talk therapy alone.
Mindfulness practice (informed by 30+ years of Buddhist meditation) creates a space where you can observe thoughts, emotions, and sensations with curiosity instead of judgment.
Whether you're working through life transitions, trauma recovery, or relationship challenges, this integrated approach offers a holistic path where all parts of your experience are welcomed with care and respect.
